How Blue Horizon Business Capital's text messages work, and how to stop them.
Last updated October 27, 2026.
The program
Blue Horizon Business Capital business funding messages. When you apply with Blue Horizon Business Capital and agree to be contacted, you may receive text messages from Blue Horizon Business Capital, its funding partner, or service providers texting on their behalf, about your application, your funding options, reminders to finish an application you started, documents that are needed, and offers related to business funding.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive them is not a condition of receiving funding.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL, tell us in any other reasonable way, or email [email protected].
Help
Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Timing
We send texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time, or narrower hours where your state requires it.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Acceptance.
Do-Not-Call policy
Blue Horizon Business Capital keeps an internal Do-Not-Call list. If you ask us not to call or text you, by any reasonable means, we add your number to it and stop within 10 business days, and we keep the request on file for at least five years. The people who call on our behalf, including our funding partner, are held to this policy and use the same list. Anyone who calls for us will give their name, say who they are calling for, and give a way we can be reached. We scrub against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state lists for any number we do not have consent to call.
